I’m very discouraged with this seller. I bought three items, not only were they very delayed in shipping, which the seller did refund a few dollars for, but the seller was unable to use quality shirts for the polos, which I understand there is a supply issue but the polos should have been canceled as they were not quality enough. All of the items were unwearable as the embroidery backer/stabilizer was way too thick and completely visible along with creases behind the designs. I asked for a partial refund at first since they were unwearable but I didn’t want her to have a complete loss. She refused despite me sending pictures of completely inadequate quality. She never responded and I asked for full refund after that to which she never responded again. I never leave negative reviews unless my hand is completely forced.
